Yasmin Lambat – Founder of SomaSensing, Somatic Movement Pioneer, and Educator
Yasmin Lambat is the founder of SomaSensing, a pioneering somatic movement approach that unlocks the body’s innate ability to heal through fascial unwinding. Grounded in biotensegrity, interoception, and the latest fascia research, SomaSensing is a return to the body’s natural intelligence—where movement is guided by sensation, not force.

With over 30 years of experience in movement and manual therapy—including Yoga, Polestar Pilates, and Myofascial Release—Yasmin has helped individuals reconnect with their body’s natural rhythms. She specializes in trauma-sensitive somatic movement, guiding clients away from control-based movement patterns and into a state of deep listening and restoration.

At the heart of her work is fascial unwinding, a process that releases tension, restores fluidity, and brings the body back into a state of ease and resilience. As a master somatic educator, she offers international workshops, research collaborations, and professional training programs, influencing physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, Pilates and yoga teachers, and bodyworkers seeking a deeper understanding of fascia-informed healing.

Through SomaSensing, Yasmin helps people trust their body’s wisdom, creating the conditions for self-organization, renewal, and deep transformation.
