Tracey Mellor

Tracey Mellor has a private Pilates studio in West Sussex. She also teaches Fascial Fitness group sessions and movement to meditation classes.

Tracey, a founding member of the Fascia Research Society, was invited in 2012 to be a Fascial Fitness trainer and then UK Master Trainer, delivering Fascial Fitness workshops and courses in the UK, and teaching international classes on-line. She and her team ran the first Fascial Fitness retreat in 2021.
Tracey is part of an international team, gathered together by the Fascia Research Society to make fascia more visible. The Fascial Net Plastination project produced the world’s first full body fascial plastinate, which was unveiled in Berlin in November 2021.

Tracey is always looking at ways to bring relevant Fascia research to a wider audience specifically movement and exercise professionals. Currently she is working with nutrition and menopause experts to bring research findings and Fascial Fitness principles together.
