Jeff’s life has centered around yoga. Since his first yoga experience in 1985, he has taught over 13,000 classes and workshops, owned studios, and founded Avita Yoga. Jeff Bailey is an expert at restoring joint health. He has helped thousands overcome pain and return to their favorite activities.
