The essence of my teaching is to help cultivate sensitivity of the subtle body; it’s fluid nature and inherent wholeness, which is directly experienced through our liquid crystal fascia matrix. I have been studying fascia anatomy and biotensegrity with Joanne Avison - a leading protagonist in the field of anatomy and movement- since 2018, and I’m proud to say I’m a total 21st century anatomy geek! I continue to be surprised and deeply inspired by this contemporary inquiry into human form and motion, and love to translate my experience and understanding through teaching.

I teach with kindness and humour and encourage everyone to recognise their own starting point, and practice from there.
