Webinar Outline:
As movement professionals and bodyworkers, we often focus on flexibility, strength, and biomechanics—but what if hydration plays a more essential role than we realize? When fascia becomes dehydrated, it loses its ability to glide, leading to stiffness, inflammation, and reduced adaptability in movement. But hydration isn’t just about movement—but also how movement is the key to releasing stored tension, emotional stress, and restoring homeostasis.
Fascia is a living, sensory-rich system that responds to hydration, not just for physical function, but for deep regulation of the nervous system. When hydrated, it enhances ease, adaptability, and self-repair. When dry, it holds onto strain, limiting not only movement but also the body’s ability to self-organize and heal.
This session offers an integration of experiential learning and science, allowing you to feel how hydration shifts both physical and emotional states. Through guided somatic movement, we’ll explore how hydration supports self-release, restores glide and flow, and enhances overall wellbeing. Expect a session where your body and mind can tune in, unwind, and absorb what it truly needs.
Join us to experience how hydrated fascia enhances freedom of movement, reduces strain, and allows the body to self-release, reorganize, and heal—naturally.

Yasmin Lambat is the founder of SomaSensing, a pioneering somatic movement approach that unlocks the body’s innate ability to heal through fascial unwinding. Grounded in biotensegrity, interoception, and the latest fascia research, SomaSensing is a return to the body’s natural intelligence—where movement is guided by sensation, not force.
With over 30 years of experience in movement and manual therapy—including Yoga, Polestar Pilates, and Myofascial Release—Yasmin has helped individuals reconnect with their body’s natural rhythms. She specializes in trauma-sensitive somatic movement, guiding clients away from control-based movement patterns and into a state of deep listening and restoration.
At the heart of her work is fascial unwinding, a process that releases tension, restores fluidity, and brings the body back into a state of ease and resilience. As a master somatic educator, she offers international workshops, research collaborations, and professional training programs, influencing physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, Pilates and yoga teachers, and bodyworkers seeking a deeper understanding of fascia-informed healing.
Through SomaSensing, Yasmin helps people trust their body’s wisdom, creating the conditions for self-organization, renewal, and deep transformation.
