Three days. Three perspectives. One integrated understanding of how living systems organise themselves under load.
Whether you’re new to biotensegrity or already weaving it into clinical, movement or performance practice, this weekend offers a deepening exploration:
Friday - Foundations
Saturday - Embodied geometry in motion
Sunday - High performance under pressure - due to reasons beyond our control the Sunday session is being rescheduled to a later date.
All online via Zoom live and then available for replay.

Introduction to Biotensegrity
A dynamic, accessible introduction to the principles of biotensegrity.
Through a series of short video teaching segments, we’ll clarify key concepts and open space for live questions as we go. Whether this is your first encounter with the term or you’re refining your understanding, this session sets the tone for the weekend.
Hosted by:
The Fascia Hub with Chris Clancy, Susan Lowell de Solorzano and Bruna Petito
Free and open to all
The replay will be available to all attendees from Tuesday 24th March 2026 until Sunday 17th May 2026.

Members Only Webinar
Biotensegrity, Closed Kinematic Chains and Emerging Movement
With Chris Clancy & Bruna Petito
Closed kinematic chains (CKCs) are central to understanding biotensegrity in action. When we explore the geometry of motion, something shifts - stability is no longer rigid, and movement is no longer chaotic.
In this experiential webinar you will:
Develop an embodied understanding of CKCs within tensegrity and biotensegrity
Explore how CKCs operate across multiple scale levels in the body
Discover how stability and movement arise together, not in opposition
Gain practical ways to integrate CKC awareness into movement and teaching
You will leave with expanded possibilities for your clinical and movement practice.
Replay available as usual in members area after the live event.

Sunday 22 March 2026 - Due to reasons beyond our control this session is being rescheduled to a later date.
Optimising performance through an understanding of 21st Century anatomy, biotensegrity and interoception! - a discussion designed for all sportspeople, coaches, trainers, therapists and movement people.
Event Overview
Event readiness is not just about whether tissue has healed.
It is about whether the whole system can adapt under pressure.
In this integrative session, modern fascial anatomy, biotensegrity and interoception are brought together to support clearer decision-making in the critical phase between recovery and competition.
You will explore:
- The difference between tissue healing and system-level readiness
- How fascia functions as a continuous, load-sharing, sensory-rich system
- Why biotensegrity reframes stability as distributed tension, not isolated strength
- How interoception shapes confidence, pacing, threat perception and performance under stress
- What athletes actually need from their support team on the journey to competition
We will also examine the competition environment itself, where contextual pressure amplifies uncertainty, expectation and emotion.
Through practical tools, case insights and athlete perspectives, this session offers an applied framework for clinicians, therapists and coaches working, not just in high-performance sport, but in any sport, dance and movement capacity.
You will leave with:
- An understanding of how 21st Century anatomy, biotensegrity and interoception inform our enhanced movement strategies
- Clearer event-readiness, decision-making models
- Shared language strategies for integrative support teams
- Practical ways to integrate system-based thinking into competition preparation
- The understanding needed to define and optimise your role as therapist/coach/health specialist within the team.
