Please bring:
A yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes and layer up. It may be a good idea to bring a light blanket.
Also bring your own lunch. (There are local places to buy food including a small Sainsburys, a Costa Coffee & a station café all about a 5-10 minute walk). Lunch may be eaten indoors or by the River Thames, opposite the venue.
A water bottle is suggested for ease of use during the practical sessions.
Refreshments will be supplied in the breaks. There is a small café on the premises.
