Following up her deep interest in the effect of light on our health and our fascia, Elizabeth takes us into an exploration of circadian rhythms. Just as sunlight informs circadian rhythms, light also informs fascia responsiveness in movement. In this webinar, Elizabeth will look at circadian rhythms, fascia-informed breathing practice and other concepts designed to optimise your sleep and your fascia health.
