Webinar Outline:
In our time together, we will explore practical, embodied tools that centralize the nervous system in the journey of trauma recovery. Drawing from her new book, The Polyvagal Theory Workbook for Trauma, Dr. Schwartz describes why dysregulation of the nervous system underlies a wide range of mental and physical health conditions. You will come away with body-based tools that regulate, rebalance, and rewire the nervous system.
