Presenter Bio:

Ana Outsubo is a Physiotherapist, lover of movement, and has dedicated herself to the study of fascia. It is a fabric that involves us from head to toe, continuously. It is extremely important for the health of our body, and the good news is: it is trainable!

I believe that moving should be something natural, familiar to the body. Exploring the movement taking into account this naturalness, brings to light the importance of recovering motor development, fascial training, and functional body gestures
