Jeannie Di Bon is a movement therapist, educator and founder of The Zebra Club, an international education platform supporting people with hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS), chronic pain and complex multisystem conditions. She is the creator of the Integral Movement Method (IMM), a biopsychosocial, fascia-informed framework designed to improve stability, proprioception, autonomic regulation and resilience in hypermobile and chronic pain populations.
Jeannie has over two decades of clinical experience and is a three-time author. Her work bridges rehabilitation, fascia science, pain neuroscience and patient-led innovation. Recent peer-reviewed research on the IMM has demonstrated positive outcomes in pain, function and quality of life in individuals with EDS and hypermobility spectrum disorders.
