This is the tenth anniversary of our creation!

The ‘BFS’ has been run biennially since 2014, at first in-person and, since 2020, online. It now comes under the umbrella of community education forum, The Fascia Hub, reaching out globally to the fascia community. Event open to all - join us!

The focus for our event, as always, is to provide first class information from top speakers in the world of fascia. This event is open to everyone - you don't have to be a member. This is an event for the fascia community.

Why Join Us?

  • For the chance to spend time with renowned, skilled and knowledgeable presenters/ movement educators.
  • For the opportunity to engage with the presenters and your colleagues via the easy-to-use Whova app which allows for break-out rooms and connection between delegates and speakers.
  • To receive reliable information that will enhance your self-development and inform your clinical practice.
  • Because you have automatic access to rewatch the presentations at your leisure for six months after the event.
  • To achieve a certificate to confirm that you booked the event and the number of hours the event has provided in education.

Note for Fascia Hub Members - once the six months' access for ticket holders has expired, you will be able to watch the majority of the recordings in the Members’ Area. The Agenda & Our Speakers

This year’s BFS showcases four of the most exciting topics in our fascia community today:  The New Anatomy; Working with Light Touch; Scars and Adhesions, and Movement is Therapy.  Our team of presenters will take us deep-diving into these fascinating worlds through discussion and presentation, citing the theory and the research as well as sharing their excitement about fascia!  Movement sessions will take you into the experiential as you explore your own body and engage at a deeper level.

Carol M. Davis is a renowned and much-loved teacher and speaker. At BFS '24, she talks on Why using light sustained touch makes practical and theoretical evidentiary sense, looking at fascia, biotensegrity, the systems theory of holistic care...... join her!

This year we highlight the huge shifts happening in our understanding of fascia, and how they inform our approach as therapists and movement educators. These are exciting times!  Join The Fascia Hub as we explore the 21st century body. As always, we present a series of fascinating, content-rich presentations from the movers and shakers in the world of fascia, delivered via the Whova platform, which enables engagement and conversation between attendees and presenters, breakout rooms, and sharing of resources. Join us!
